Belladonna, poppy, vervain, and valerian for sleep and lucid dreaming, mugwort for protecting your sleeping body and travelling spirit, and poplar bud for separating the spirit from the body. Dreamland ointment can be worked with for help falling and staying asleep, lucid dreaming, dream walking, dream divination, prophetic dreaming, and working with spirits and deities of the dreamworld and underworld.
